Our story
CoffeeClick’s success story began in 1997 with the founding of CBgroep, a printing company where paying per print (“per click”) was very common. The idea for CoffeeClick came about in 2011, when a technician came to install a new coffee machine at CBgroep and one of the directors made the connection. He asked if there was a counter in the machine. There was indeed one, but it had never been used at the time. And so the idea was born.
CoffeeClick was officially founded in 2013—and here’s a fun fact: that very same technician joined the company in 2021. While CoffeeClick was still a side project alongside CBgroep’s main activities in its early years, everything changed in 2017. CBgroep was sold to PCI, and the focus shifted entirely to coffee. In 2019, the company outgrew its space, and the team moved to a renovated building in Lijnden.
CoffeeClick now serves more than 1,000 customers every day with great coffee based on its transparent, all-in-one per-cup concept.
