When reading the title of this customer case, one might think we are going to talk about the hit of the same name by folk singer Yves Berendse. However, this is not the case, although we hear this record with some regularity during the weekly Friday afternoon drinks at CoffeeClick.
In this customer case we go back in time with CoffeeClick, to the year 2012 that is. In the winter of that year, the partnership with American chemical giant Cabot Corporation was clinched. Cabot? You may remember their former product Norit.
In the middle of Botlek-Rotterdam, we installed the first seven machines of our partnership. The ETNA Nova Espresso machines were rolled out across the entire plant, and to this day (October 16, 2024) all Cabot employees are drinking our Roma Classico coffee, after, of course, adding a machine here and there and replacing it in the interim. A cooperation of no less than twelve years, and still counting!
Because in mid-2024, Cabot and CoffeeClick began talks to renew and extend the partnership. From these conversations came satisfaction with taste, quick and expert service and reliable, user-friendly equipment. Along with market-based pricing, the deal was clinched and we rolled out a completely refurbished fleet of ETNA Dorado Espresso Large machines in October 2024.
