My name is Cas Knegt, account manager at CoffeeClick and responsible for your region. In the Netherlands we sometimes forget to dwell on a good cup of coffee. For me good coffee, besides being my job, means pausing for a moment and enjoying the taste of the coffee. Fortunately, I work for a company where I can provide the Netherlands with delicious coffee!

By asking the right questions and listening carefully, I try to give the right advice tailored to the customer. When we have installed our equipment, in the after sales I always try to help the customer to keep the optimal taste of the coffee. Our technical service technicians visit our customers every day. By being in constant contact with our technicians I make sure that I am always aware of how satisfied my customers are.
