If something is really good, you are willing to travel a long way for it. And although our cooks were willing to go on a study trip, we found China a bit too much. Therefore from our own, Dutch kitchen: the Chinese taste of Chinese chicken soup. Complete with Chinese mushrooms. So much China went into a cup, that hardly any fat could fit in. Nice touch.
