The Spinal Engine is a great "move" for your entire back and neck. By rotating around your axis in a controlled manner, you stimulate optimal muscle function. This quickly resolves your back pain.
3. Deep Squat
By doing squats, you train all the glutes in one movement. When you strategically tighten and strain these muscles, you provide a rapid increase in muscle size.
4. Leg Stance
The Single Leg Stance is a good "move" for promoting your stability and physical balance.
